What is the recommended sand for freshwater aquariums?
I have a Freshwater fish tank with Bronze Cories, Bistlenose catfish, guppies and cherry red shrimps. Right now i have no gravel, but i want to add Black sand into my tank. What is the recommended brand and type of sand for a freshwater tank?
if anyone has a site that i can buy the appropriate sand from is much appreciated.

It is treated , so it will not raise the PH of your freshwater aquarium, like normal sand would in saltwater tanks.
